Arroz de Marisco - Anthony’s Seafood Rice
We’re starting things off with a moderately controversial one, we cook this in a Paella pan, but it’s not Paella. We call it seafood rice, but its not really a traditional Arroz de Marisco, its kind of a Portuguese American Rice and Things that we’re not sure where the original base recipe came from, Anthony says “it was just within me.” Lol.
