Last week, I was cleaning up my kitchen in preparation for a photoshoot for our book. I was doing that thing where you’re wiping the countertop with one hand and scrolling Instagram with the other (ugh, it’s awful-what is wrong with us?), when I scrolled into a very timely video from The Selby about prepping your home for a shoot. He basically said, “Don’t clean up before a photoshoot, the mess has high production value.” Or something like that. And so I stopped.
